• CANCELLATION - If a cancellation occurs please let me know ASAP. I do not charge for cancellations.

• EDITING -  Upon request, I can remove objects like yard hoses in the grass, old boat trailers, tv cords, etc. at no additional charge, I cannot remove holes in the wall, water stains, pipes, etc. This is done to protect both the photographer and the agent as it could result in misrepresentation. I do tv replacements, sky swaps and fireplace adds when necessary at no additional cost as well.
